ד"ר ענת אביטל, חוקרת עצמאית של פסיפסים, צומח, בעלי חיים וחקלאות בעולם העתיק. המחקר מתמקד בפסיפסים מן התקופות הרומית המאוחרת והביזנטית מארץ ישראל ומאגן הים התיכון.
