Haredi students from Sderot Talmud Torah went on an experiential and enjoyable summer day trip in the Carmel, which combined nature, heritage, and challenging activities. During the day, they enjoyed walking through a cool water tunnel at Alona Park, learned about the story of illegal immigration at the Atlit Detainee Camp, and concluded with a competitive and team-building Gelly Ball activity.
We specialize in tours and services tailored to the requirements of Talmud Torah schools, Haredi educational institutions, and numerous educational establishments that choose tours combining values-based content, educational sites, and experiential activities adapted to the Haredi community, with gender separation when required.

The first stop was at the Mei Kedem site in Alona Park. The students watched an introductory film, then walked through the ancient water tunnel and enjoyed the cool water and the unique experience of exploring an ancient water system. Equipped with flashlights, they made their way through the dark and fascinating tunnel, an exciting adventure that provided a refreshing escape on a hot summer day.
Later in the day, the group visited the Atlit Detention Camp. During the tour, the students received a fascinating introduction to the history of clandestine Jewish immigration during the British Mandate period. They explored the immigrant ship, the aircraft, and the various buildings at the site, learning about the struggles of the immigrants on their journey to the Land of Israel and about one of the most significant chapters in the story of the future State of Israel.
The day concluded with an exciting Jelly Ball activity. The students took part in a variety of competitive games, enjoyed a fun and energetic team-building experience, lively music, and plenty of action. They returned home with wonderful memories and many enjoyable experiences from a memorable summer day.
